Monday, January 9, 2012 - Astonishing purity, concentration and harmony. Light golden in colour and with a nose that intensifies as the time passes (can only benefit from decanting). Orange peel, quince, tea leaves, vanilla, tropical fruit - impossible to do justice to such an elegant, complete and harmonious nose. In the palate texture is creamy, flavour intensity is phenomenal, ripe white fleshed and tropical fruit, cream, citrus peel.... What is utterly remarkable is the purity and sense of wholeness this wine exudes. A true masterpiece!
