Absolutely fabulous! Very supple mouthfeel, everything in harmony and balance. Superb freshness, intensity of taste and it really pairs superbly with the appropriate cheese. Needless to say this wine is many levels above the ordinary fino sherry, with reacher body, more rounded texture and loads of complexity.

Fantastic wine, golden colored, mature with a nose of medium intensity combining white fleshed fruit, melon, peach with herbal notes. Medium acidity but excellent rounded and supple mouthfeel.

Sweet, full bodied and once again a pleasure to drink.
Can surely last longer but it is at a nice spot now with oak having receded.

You as well like Bond and Harlan which I am a huge fan of. So I figure our tastes must be similar in some way. And somehow people always seem to have Buffalo stories as well. Buffalo is a very unique place.
