Thursday, January 12, 2012 - Love affair continues. Introduced two friends to Posip last night via this one and all were smitten. Great viscous mouthfeel, nice fruit. Less appley and less minerally this time, seemed like. Drank with my friend's cured-lemon lentils and his olive-oil poached salmon, went great.
