Saturday, January 14, 2012 - Golden straw, slight haze. 2 finger head.
Powerful nose of fresh baked bread, lemon zest, clove, white peppercorn and malt. Creamy texture lifted by a spark of carbonation. Elegant medium + weight on the mouthfeel that finishes with a dry bread laced finish. Excellent Saison.
