12 oz bottle cost $3.18. Just as delish. Pour slowly so as not to disturb the yeast sediment, but vigorously enough to give it a good head and release the bouquet. (Life is full of trade-offs, ¿no?)

Delicious! It has flavour yet is refreshing. Named after French explorer Fr. Louis Hennepin, the first European to visit what are now called Niagara Falls. This ale is brewed with grains of paradise, coriander, ginger, and sweet orange peel. Drink at 40 deg F/5 deg C. 7.7%. Cost $7.50. Will buy again at that price.

Beautiful pale golden colour, soft white head; aromatic nose, creamy, the coriander and orange peel coming through nicely; beautifully balanced palate, fresh, with subtle bitters, good body (7.7% ABV); yeasty and dry finish, good length. At Tartine Bakery, San Francisco, California, USA.

Golden straw, slight haze. 2 finger head. Powerful nose of fresh baked bread, lemon zest, clove, white peppercorn and malt. Creamy texture lifted by a spark of carbonation. Elegant medium + weight on the mouthfeel that finishes with a dry bread laced finish. Excellent Saison.
