Sunday, January 22, 2012 - About a year of bottle-age. Amazing red-pink colour, crisp raspberry acidity, strawberries dominate on the palate. Finish is slightly tart, there is a hint of creaminess there too, the quality of the fruit is obviously high and I think this will develop beautifully over the next few years. I won't touch another for a year now. ***1/2 now, but sure to improve.
