Recommend drinking over that 3 to 6 hour window to see the transition. Good terrior expression, but it's more of a whisper than a shout. Drink ‘em now if you got ‘em, as this one seemed like it maybe getting a little light in the nose and getting a bit thin in the glass; likely at, or just slightly past its peak. Good deal at $50, and even a square deal at $75.
