Saturday, February 4, 2012 - Last time I had this the acid became very dominant over time, so popped and poured. Looks and tastes very young - great condition. Light nose with gentle citrus aromas and a touch of butter. Quite taut for a Meursault bit good lemon fruit, well integrated oak and some minerals in the background. The acidity is certainly there but less prominent on this showing.
