Friday, February 10, 2012 - Old School Napa Cabernet. Mature plum and black fruit, loamy earth, grilled green pepper. Lovely balance of sweet and savory. Rich and concentrated. Coating palate with firm, slightly bitter tannins. Great with grilled steaks. Very solid.
