Tuesday, March 13, 2012 - Explosion of fruit in the air as soon as the cork was popped. Rich Salmon/Pink hue. Lively mousse. In the glass, full notes of Mineral, Strawberry, Pomegranate and Yeast. Matching palate of Pomegranate, Strawberry and Mineral followed by a Brioche and Lemon finish. Crisp, bright and nicely balanced Rosé.
