Thursday, March 15, 2012 - Bring Your Special Bottle Night (Crown Wine Cellars, Hong Kong): Served in magnum. Fine champagne. Light/medium gold. Tiny subtle bubbles. Floral and a bit sweet. Finish was shorter than expected.
