Saturday, March 17, 2012 - Popped and let breathe in the glass for 30 - 45 minutes. Huge floral component on the nose with a heavy dose of blueberry. As it got more air time, the blueberry settled down. On the palate, blueberry pie, with some blackberry, baking spice, and white pepper. Definitely becomes more balanced with no component taking over as it got more air. This was not a favorite of mine as the blueberry was just over the top for me throughout most of my consumption. However, it was a very well made wine.
