Monday, March 12, 2012 - Discovering Wine: The crimson wine has a medium body and noticeable brick edging. The nose is very distinctive with notes of star fruit, acrid smoke, and earth. There's a nice salinity in the mouth along with tastes of tart, red cherries. The medium length finish continues with more of the same.
