Wednesday, March 28, 2012 - Bright citrus, white pepper and green wood on the nose. Lots of acidity and salt on the mid palate. Ends with some heat -- the alcohol (at 14.1%) is perhaps not fully integrated. Still, enjoyed this and it went really well with a lemony chard and lentil soup.
