Thursday, April 12, 2012 - Pop-n-Pour. Dark ruby red. Tight on the nose, but hint of vanilla, cedar, red cherry, blackberry and some bramble. Great acid, light tannins, balanced alcohol and moderate finish. Lots of sour red cherry with tart blackberry, pepper, and cedar. Feels like this would open up and get a bit more rounded with more air, but the tax man is on the way and I can't wait.
