Wednesday, May 2, 2012 - You have to drink this with some rich, creamy food to make it work. It has strong oak, butter, and floral notes on the nose and palate. Thick on the tongue, it has a nice drawn finish. There is a syrupy quality to it which is why some say it should be with dessert, but it is fine if you have it was a nice brie cheese.
