Big, thick, unfiltered chard that's very heavy in the mouth. By itself, it's a bit much. With a rich dish it's awesome. My only complaint, not considering it should be drank along side of food, is the heat on the finish. Quite warm.

You have to drink this with some rich, creamy food to make it work. It has strong oak, butter, and floral notes on the nose and palate. Thick on the tongue, it has a nice drawn finish. There is a syrupy quality to it which is why some say it should be with dessert, but it is fine if you have it was a nice brie cheese.

Hoochie mama! This is skanky, with butter-splotched pineapple ridiculousness and the alcohol of a stiff cocktail. Please don't admit to liking this. But I'll say it's good for dessert.

Deep golden yellow. Strong scents of sauteed sweet bananas, a little smoke, a touch floral and a slight hint of mint and lemon sorbet. Huge rich oak influence on this chard. Soft on the palate with low acidity, a little tangerine, but mostly flavors of banana. Very Cali-esque and in the Paul Hobbs style. A touch of heat on the finish with some oak spice.

The wine looks Straw colored. The legs are Fast. It smells like Grapefruit, and Lemon. It tastes like Toast, and Grapefruit. The body is Medium. The wine is textured Satin-like.
Also has a stone quarry taste and buttery finish common. With Paul Hobbs wines The wine finishes Medium.
