Sunday, May 6, 2012 - nose of angelica and citron, and it's almost as though you can smell the acidity. Bone dry with minerality, like a young sancerre in nature but a very different flavor profile (although Rand says he gets green apple). medium finish of 20 to 30 secs.... the acidity keeps on giving.
