Wednesday, May 16, 2012 - Some evidence of gas in the wine, really light straw color with green tinges. Unripe pear green apple and lime on the nose as well as tropical fruit: banana and guava. Also notes of wet hay. High acid, pear, lime and banana on the palate. Low alcohol, it finishes sweet and sour with a moderate length. Moderate complexity, great wine to pair with anything spicy. Refreshing, simple and good
