Sunday, May 27, 2012 - 50% Cab Sav / 50% Cab Franc. Interesting blend with expressive aromatics showing black licorice, dark berries, and cedar toast. Very approachable palate with fruits moderately dominating the acid and tannins. Light espresso bean, cassis, vanilla and and medium toast on the palate. Moderately long finish with vanilla, clove and cinnamon.
