Friday, June 1, 2012 - Opened, decanted, and poured. Paired extremely well with grilled ribeyes. Nice right out of the bottle, but just got better and better as time went by - 2.5 hours later, really opened to a fantastic bottle of wine. Beautifully balanced, with no heat for being at 15%. Long, long finish, that left me wanting more. Received this as a gift - I will look to buy more. Best Brunello I've had in a while.
