Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - This is not for the faint of heart. Strong spicy apple smell. Minerals and spices on the taste. The wine is very red, like a dark rose or even a light red, but it is a white. A Scholium white. Fierce. Note: ignore the sediment and oddness--your bottle is not likely corked.
