Saturday, June 23, 2012 - Straw yellow with med-lite viscosity in the glass. Dole canned fruit salad, lime, tropical fruit and sage on the nose. Lite body, austere and finnessed with lime, grapefruit pith, tropical fruit, green apple and kiwi on the palate. Round, persistent citrus wrapped in thin acidic and wax layers. Long finish. Should pair nicely with shell fish. I'd like to pair it with an apple and walnut salad.
