Tuesday, June 5, 2012 - Burgundy 2002 Horisontal Tasting (@ Terkel): Intense nose with brown butter, white flowers and pineapple.
Wauw.. The palate is just intensely packed with brown butter and a little vanilla. Almost creamy in the mouth with a pronounced acidity. Some lemon and exotic flavors also but laced with a little sulfur notes.
Impressive wine!
