Friday, August 17, 2012 - I love this wine, every time. This one is based on the 2007 vintage. It is not a wine to open and pour out glasses for 4 friends and drink it down. It requires time in the glass to open and unravel, to show all of its charms. It is a very vinous Champagne and shows great depth and complexity, and feels perfectly balanced. Great wine.
