Monday, September 17, 2012 - i was a big fan of the '08 Lytton Springs and this was my first bottle from a case of the '09. i was very impressed and the '09 is better than the '08 in my opinion. i don't know much about zinfandel but the blend with the syrah works so well. the fruit is beautifully integrated... both red and black. and the best bit is the price - good value in an age of inflated wine prices. excellent.
