Monday, January 22, 2007 - Pale yellow coloring as its poured, yet still looked refined sitting in the glass, not thin and watery. Hints of lemon and floral, but citrus and grass dominate. Clean and crisp across the palate with a refreshing finish that seems to hang on. An excellent white for any event.
