Thursday, September 20, 2012 - For our 31st anniversary at Mitch and Toni's. Perfectly stored, from Winebid. Deep red with no bricking whatsoever. Improved over the two hours we enjoyed it. Ringer for a mid-mature Pessac-Leognan cru, but more fruit, less minerally, with lots of metallic earth on palate. Smooth and elegant. Drying tannins emerge only after 60 minutes in glass. Drink now-2020.
