Sunday, February 4, 2007 - This Chard is definitely in the light style. This is a very feminine Oregon Chard. It has a light feel all the way 'round. On the nose, you have light dusted peaches. On the palate you have light dusty oak features that are elegant and not overdone. A little high in alcohol, but it sort of lends to a nice vicous minerality that is a great match with food. The finish is 15-20 seconds and not overdone. Hard to pick on the pretty Oregon Chard!
