Sunday, November 25, 2012 - Let this open up for a couple of hours. Old school Brunello, earthy/truffles , dried herbs, blackcherry and old leather aromas. Nice black cherry flavours, licorice, tea. Some savoury herbs as well. A bit rustic in nature .... still a few edges to this wine. Drying tannins .. grainy. Medium tannins, medium acidity. Medium to full bodied. Finish is medium in length.
