Wednesday, February 14, 2007 - Light honey color. Sweet sugar nose. Clean and sweet, with only a slight bitterness. Given this is on the lower end of the Kracher portfolio, I'm pretty impressed. Not great, but not too bad for a Valentine's Weekday Desert Wine. I thought this would be corked because it had a very loose and slippery cork, but it was fine. The power of sugar and alcohol. Go Utah Jazz!!
