Monday, September 10, 2012 - 13.8% alcohol. Just trucking along. A light, elegant Pinot with real substance behind it. Delightful fruit profile. It's fully ready to drink now, but it might be interesting to see what secondary characteristics come about in the next few years. A-

12/27/2012 7:54:00 AM - Hey Counselor......agree on your note, as my last bottle showed peak and maybe a year left. I don't like all that secondary flavor profile as well as what it shows now so that's why my drink window was now to out one year. Happy holidays, man.
