Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - C: Quite a golden yellow, fine stream of beads, lots of bubbles.
N: Yeasty, mushroomy lemon juice. Very appealing, and definitely showing signs of being a few years old.
P: Extreme acidity, very fresh, lemon juice. Green apples, some yellow tones. Wonderful long finish.
O: A really good wine, decently balanced, complex, complete and long. Perhaps slightly too yeasty for my palate, maybe slightly off balance with respect to fruit and acidity and the attack maybe a bit muted. Otherwise, very good.
