Sunday, January 13, 2013 - Decanted for an hour. Intense flavors that continued to open and evolve in the glass over 5 hours. Barbecue spices, prunes, smoke, and pepper in a finish that lasts 2-3 minutes. Superb example of Aussie Shiraz. Could be 95-97 in a few years.
