Thursday, January 17, 2013 - 2 Days in the Valley- Day 2 (Willamette Valley, OR): Nose: Nice and fragrant nose with tones of red fruits, berries, strawberries, wild spices, and some potpurri. It is wound up a bit tight right now, but does show some nice depth to it.

Taste: Medium bodied with tart medium+ acidity. The tones of red fruits, berries, strawberries, and potpurri are very pretty with a roundness on the palate.

Overall: This just needs some time to fully come around. Still, even with its youth, there is a real pretty quality to this that is enjoyable.
