Monday, February 11, 2013 - After chambering this bottle for about one hour, i found a nose of ripe fruits; in mouth good consistency with blended tannins but less fruit flavour than we could expect relative to its nose. The final is pretty poor.
The day after i chambered this bottle for another one hour, then i found out a more powerful wine with red fruit flavours, and a final which lasts longer. Chateau Coufran 2003 remains a good quality wine which just needs air more than usual to develop its aromas.
