Tuesday, February 26, 2013 - At a restaurant – Ferrari Carano wine pairings with food. Aromas and flavors of apricot, caramel, honey, sweet vanillin. Seems smooth and not overly dominated by botrytis. A long, smooth and extended finish. Quite pleasant.
