Sunday, March 3, 2013 - This was the first of my 2000s and sadly the only 2000 Haut Bergey in my cellar. Hopefully the 2005 HB is just as good as this 2000 was fantastic. Gorgeous brick red yet still deep with lots of fruit on the nose and a good showing of fruit in the wine. The tannins are integrated and this wine is fully drinkable now. A great balanced wine
