Friday, March 22, 2013 - This was decanted. The cork was fragile. the color was very good. and the nose and taste were initially tight. But, the wine was in good shape wiith a mix of mature fruit, resolved tannins and earthiness. It continued to improve over the course of the meal.All n all, I was very pleased with this mature Bordeaux. I will drink my other bottles soon as I do not expect it to improve with additional age.
