Thursday, March 28, 2013 - Light gold color. Fine bead. Drank 2 glasses over and hour. Nose has notes of pear and green apple, mineral, yeast. The palate shows pear, apple, mineral, a bit chalky, good depth, nice finish. 90+pts.
