Tuesday, April 30, 2013 - Nothing sticks out, really, so a note is hard to concoct. Harmony and elegance are the main elements of my judgement. Calcarous notes, with honey and a trace of lime. In the aftertaste there's also notes of dried apricots - almost like a mature champagne. Good length, too. My last bottle, alas!
