Saturday, May 18, 2013 - Terres et Vins de Champagne 'a Portland; 5/17/2013-5/18/2013 (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Mute aroma. The palate is mild, but nice pleasing bubbles emerge with an interesting component of old bubble gum, like those found in a 10 year old pack of Topps baseball cards. Pretty nice and creamy, soft, as its held on the palate. Good dial up, near eruption of minerality at the end. Good soft length.
