Saturday, May 18, 2013 - Flickinger "Significant Cellar" Tasting...the New Releases (Chicago, IL): Tasting, brief note. Nicely floral and spicy aromatic start with restrained fruit. Great flavors overall with slightly sweet, nuanced fruit that evolves start-to-finish, retaining density and richness with great energy. Somewhat subtle today, this will benefit from 5+ years in the cellar.
