It started out alcoholic, with not a lot of great pinot fruit on the palate. Nose was kind of muted. We let it sit and came back to it after an hour. Alcohol had settled down markedly. Nose was much more expressive of bright, clean fruit flavors. I think this needs a few months of rest to come together a bit more.
