Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - Looked like a beautiful cork but my longest corkscrew lost a tiny bit that made the first pouring nervous. In consequence I decanted immediately from the cellar. I thought a tiny glass of the dregs looked dark and disturbing with frightening VA (maybe affected by reviews I saw here--). In the glass the wine was of mature but not aged color and absolutely fabulous in the mouth with a fine finish. Richer and more nuanced than a '90 Ch Meyney I loved three days ago.
