Nose leans toward sweet, raisin-influenced aromatics, but the palate leans the opposite way with notes of dry cranberry, then tobacco leaf, and finishing with grapefruit zest. Held up well over two days, but began shedding its fat toward the end when it also showed more sweet cherry and blackberry jam on the palate. Eberle is possibly the most underrated Cabernet Sauvignon producer in California. 88+
