Saturday, August 24, 2013 - Another glass of this bottle 3 weeks later thanks to the coravin. This faded quickly in the glass and became rather thin, green, and acidic. Still quite floral. I can't figure whether the problem is the wine or the coravin. Regardless it is clearly a very traditional and classically styled Nebbiolo. Probably should just pull the cork and drink the bloody thing.
