Sunday, August 25, 2013 - Consistent with my prior note. Very impressive. This wine gets everything right - and in such a classy, understated way. There's wonderful focus and depth to its mouth-watering plum and blackberry fruit. Nicely structured - which is highly unusual in a Villages-level CDR. The finish is long and polished, featuring velvety tannins and a lingering aftertaste of ripe, sweet fruit and spice. Trés delicieux!
