Saturday, September 28, 2013 - Pop, pour and let air for 1 hour. Spicy, tart hot raspberry, rhubarb. Disjointed and too much alcohol comes through.
Day 2: the alcohol and heat calms down but it is still there for an initial bite on the palate. At least some black pepper, Asian spice and soy sauce come through.
I think this could easily use another 1 1/2 - 2 years in the cellar.
