Pitch black with a deep violet rim... Nose shows blueberry pie, beeswax, spice cake, creme de cassis. Sweet and lush, long, coats the whole palate. Tannins are incredibly soft and the underlying mineral structure lifts the wine and delineates it. Lovely stuff.
